1. Overview At Lindsay & Co, we craft custom and personalised high-quality leather goods to meet your unique needs, serving the best and corporate gifting market.
2. Customisation and Production We offer bespoke design and personalisation services as detailed by you in our Product Order and Specification Form. Our commitment is to source quality materials and produce your items with care, adhering to agreed timelines.
3. Pricing and Payment Prices are as listed in our Pricing Schedule, with a 50% deposit required to begin the sourcing and preparation for manufacture. Full payment is due prior to production, with specific refund conditions outlined in our "Force Majeure" clause.
4. Delivery We manage delivery to your specified address, with packaging that meets our high standards. Shipping costs are billed to you, the client.
5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations can be made up to one week before the scheduled manufacturing date without penalty. Refunds are processed under specific conditions, as noted in our policy.
6. Quality Assurance We stand by our work with a 30-day guarantee against material and workmanship defects, ensuring the product you receive matches or surpasses our quality samples. *We do our own quality checks before we sign-off products initially as well.
7. Intellectual Property Our designs and trademarks are our own, with any client-specific designs subject to separate agreements.
8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control but will do our best to minimise any impact on your order.
9. Dispute Resolution Should any disputes arise, we will seek resolution through arbitration with a neutral third party.
10. General Provisions This agreement is governed by the laws of England and constitutes the full terms governing our services provided to you.
